Product support
Email support@xmlslice.com with your browser, operating system, approximate file size, input encoding, and a description of what you expected. Never send production data, credentials, customer records, or confidential XML. A small synthetic example is usually enough.
Security reports
For a suspected vulnerability, use the subject “Security report” and include reproducible steps and impact. Do not access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose an unresolved issue. See the Security page for the reporting process.
Business and partnerships
For integrations, licensing, sponsorships, or privacy-first data-tool partnerships, describe the use case and expected volume. XMLSlice does not accept requests to upload or retain customer XML on behalf of third parties.
Response expectations
- Include a clear subject and a reply address.
- Remove personal and confidential data from examples.
- Allow several business days for a response.
- Urgent production processing should not depend on free support availability.
